In truth, an opinions you might offer regarding what you believe would require improvement or attention in regards to recent arrivals would be most appreciated. Topics have ranged from visibility from departments to matters covered in the introduction to space travel debriefing.

I agree. Representatives from departments should be more obvious so that new arrivals know where to go. Often there's at least one new crew member who needs medical attention, in my experience.

Having new arrivals see established members of the departments right from the start might also encourage them to lend their talents earlier.
