Okay so this is totally just a hypothetical question but if like you got an extra spinal cord -- a totally healthy one -- could someone or something here transplant it into a person with a damaged spinal cord. Hey, Doc, just wondering if it's any big concern that my old eye injury has been bleeding? Don't know if you remember me but I have this scar from a grenade explosion— [ as if it's really necessary, he leans in a little and gestures at it ] —and right after it happened I had this huge, what do they call it, hemorrhage thing? I forget the word they used. But back then, the whole white of my eye was red, so this isn't as bad, but I just didn't know if it was the kind of thing I ought to have looked at.

It's Nina. One of the nurses from Medical.

[Yes she originally contacted him in regards to joining the team, but in her experience with Doctors, they don't tend to be great with the whole remembering one nurse from the other. Also, there's a lot of people aboard.]

There's something I'd be interested in discussing in the medbay, when you've got a spare minute there. It's isn't terribly urgent.

I'm running a general recruitment drive next month, I was hoping you wouldn't mind getting involved, let people know how much experience they need and put a face to a name. All departments seem to be in dire straits, and it can only get worse after the jump. I don't know about you, but we've been feeling the pinch.
